Refund Policy — 7-Day Guarantee

Digital goods are normally non-refundable once downloaded, but we offer a 7-day guarantee if:

• File is corrupt/unreadable and we cannot fix it within 48h
• Duplicate Accidental purchase of the same ebook
• Wrong file delivered

Not covered: change of mind after reading, “not spicy enough”, device issues we gave workaround for.

How to claim

Email contact@lovetalespress.com within 7 days with order ID + PayPal email + reason + screenshot if corrupt. Approved refunds go back via PayPal within 5–10 days.

Chargeback fraud (read + dispute) = permanent library ban.
